Q: How much will my localization project cost?

A: Prices are calculated by the number of keystrokes (characters + spaces) in the source text, with a minimum charge of € 50. To calculate the exact number of keystrokes in your source text and price of localization please visit our Online Price Calculator.

Prices and deadlines provided by the online calculator are based on estimates and certain file formats so the actual price may vary slightly.


Q: How do I submit my project for localization?

A: Send an email to dora@hungarianlocalization.com with the localization project file attached and with the name and email address of the contact person. You can also specify the the target format and character encoding you expect back from us. For software and website localization projects you may need to provide us a test licence or account.

Our quotation will be sent back to you within 24 hours and will include the exact price and deadline of your project.



Q: When will my localization project start and when will be completed?

A: We will start your localization project upon 50% down payment is received. The project will be completed within the deadline specified in our quotation.
If, for any reason the localization project fails, the down payment will be returned to your bank account.


Q: In which formats can HungarianLocalization.com deliver?

A: We can deliver the localization project in Microsoft Word and Excel documents, OpenOffice documents, XML, HTML, script sources (JS, PHP, SQL, etc.) and text files (in any format).



Q: How do I pay for my localization project?

A: Currently we only accept payments via Paypal. Our quotation will include all necessary payment details.


Q: Is there any support available for previous localization projects?

A: We offer support to our customers in relation to earlier projects: just send us an email with the text to be localized- even a few words or sentences - and we provide the localization in a short notice. There is no minimum charge of € 50 for consumer support.

Hungary became a Christian kingdom in A.D. 1000 and for many centuries served as a bulwark against Ottoman Turkish expansion in Europe. Hungary held its first multiparty elections in 1990 and initiated a free market economy. It joined NATO in 1999 and the EU in 2004.
